The itch

In BestPrice.gr has always rewarded smart shoppers, but in 2025 it took that idea further. With the launch of BestPrice Credits Club, the platform introduced a loyalty program that gives real value back to users who shop wisely. The challenge: launch the program, explain how it works, and win over the everyday buyer.

The scratch

L.A. on Mars brought us in for the campaign’s concept development and the hero video script. Inspired by the phrase “give credit where credit is due,” we built the campaign around a single, confident idea: The credits go to you.

We framed the program as a celebration of the smart shopper persona: you, who know what smart “clubbing” really means. You, whose reviews read like poetry. You, who never buy anything without the green light of BestPrice (and your mum).

Through a bold, humorous hero film in a late-night-show format, we introduced different shopper personas to show how credits are earned—making the mechanics feel effortless and entertaining.

Built modularly, the narrative expanded from the hero film to personalized social edits, ensuring every user felt seen: The credits go to Alex. To Stella. To you.

The relief

BestPrice Credits Club launched as more than a loyalty program: it launched as a celebration of smart consumer culture. Clear and educational, yet playful and artistic, the campaign helped shoppers understand the value behind the program, and feel good about earning it.
