The itch
How do you take rare, connoisseur-level coffee and make it feel approachable, warm, and everyday? That was Stella’s dream: to bring the New York subscription culture she loved home to Greece. The challenge was twofold: the service was entirely new to the local market, and the brand needed a "flexible box" identity, one that could start with coffee but eventually house a world of warm beverages and treats.
The scratch

Our research uncovered a simple human truth: people want to explore new tastes, but they’re afraid of making the wrong choice. They don’t need a distant expert; they need a friend who "gets" their palate.
This insight became our north star. We positioned the brand as that one friend who always knows exactly what you’ll love. That’s how HeyBox was born—a name that feels like a friendly greeting at your doorstep.
With the tagline “A Friend of Taste,” we built a voice as personal as a chat with a best friend. This tone carried through every touchpoint—from the packaging to the website and launch campaign—transforming a new subscription model into an inviting, vivid conversation.
The relief
A brand that feels less like a service and more like a friend. Within months of its launch, HeyBox became a staple of the Greek coffee ritual, turning the simple act of opening a box into a celebrated moment of discovery.
