How do you take rare, premium coffee — the kind only real connoisseurs whisper about — and make it feel approachable, warm, and everyday?
That was Stella’s dream: to bring the subscription coffee culture she loved in New York to Greece. The catch? Most people here didn’t even know this kind of service existed.

Soul Creative Agency — the magic designers of this project — trusted us to shape the storytelling from A to Z: brand strategy, naming, tagline, and narrative. We built the naming system for sub-products, packaging and website storytelling, marketing strategy, and even concepts and scripts for the video and photoshoot.
After a LOT of digging, we landed on a simple truth: people want to try something new, but they’re afraid they won’t like it. What changes that? A good friend’s suggestion, someone who just gets your taste.
This insight led us to the universal feeling of seeing a friend you’ve missed at your door, saying: ‘Hey, where have you been?’ And that’s how HeyBox was born — a box of coffee picked by someone who gets you, that feels less like a delivery and more like a warm hello at your doorstep.
The tagline — “A Friend of Taste” — tied everything together. From there, we shaped a tone of voice as personal as a phone call with your bestie and carried it through every layer of the brand. Even the smallest touchpoints felt special, because that’s what friends do. Right?
The result? We didn’t just launch a delivery service. We built a ritual of joy. Within months, HeyBox became lovable, sparking trust, curiosity, and smiles with every box that landed on a doorstep.
